From the pickleball tournament to the rehearsal dinner to the wedding day, every single event was designed to a tee by Tyler Speier Events with thoughtful details that spotlighted the couple’s story and personalities.
Custom paddleboards at the Pickelball games, a dark romantic candlelit dinner amongst imported olive trees in the historic barrel room of Inglenook for their rehearsal dinner, a shopping experience where guests could select their own welcome bag contents from unique and personalized Napa goods, vintage pins curated from thrift shops by the bride for the groomsmen instead of floral boutonnieres, pressed florals in the seating chart, a cigar lounge inspired by Allison’s brother paired with custom smoking jackets tailored by the bride’s grandmother, a retro telephone where guests could leave voice messages to the couple in lieu of a traditional guest book, the list of thoughtful details goes on and on… All captured by Jodee Friday.
Nestled amidst the rolling vineyards and picturesque landscapes of Napa Valley, the wedding of Allison and Paul embraced an exquisite blend of romance and sophistication.
The weekend kicked off with a Pickelball tournament at Silverado Resort where guests chose Team Bride or Team Groom sweat bands and played their matches with custom paddles.
Later that evening, everyone arrived at the historic Inglenook estate where they were greeted with wine grown from the vineyards guests looked out upon from the front fountain garden. They ascended the candle-lit staircase to find a breathtaking rehearsal dinner in the barrel room adorned with candle chandeliers, real olive trees brought in special for the occasion and the scent of fresh floral buds. After dinner, everyone had the opportunity to partake in a shopping experience where they could create their own welcome bags from a selection of sentimental and Napa-specific goods. The party ended in the library with more cocktails and excitement.
The wedding day took place at Beaulieu Garden where you are instantly transported to the French countryside from the tree-lined driveway that greets you to the thoughtful gardens and fountains around the property. The color palette of deep burgundy, inspired by the rich wines of the region, warm peach and pink tones that brightened the design, and soft warm blues that created a grounding peaceful feeling were perfectly intertwined throughout the décor by Tyler Speier Events.
Allison & Paul were married under a custom built “window” arch that framed the space with dramatic textured blooms and bursts of color. It created the perfect whimsical and naturally organic backdrop for the two to say their vows in front of all their family and friends.
As the sun set, the reception became a culinary journey thanks to Paula LeDuc Fine Catering. Guests were treated to a curated selection of Napa Valley’s finest wines and an exquisite farm-to-table feast, creating a sensory experience that mirrored the region’s renowned flavors against a backdrop of soft warm tones in peach, blue, beige, and taupe. The couple’s love for each other and for the Napa Valley landscape was reflected in every detail.
Dart Collective spun records as the guests danced under the stars and enjoyed warm chocolate chip cookies with shots of milk. Allison and Paul’s wedding embodied the beauty of love against the backdrop of one of the world’s most enchanting destinations, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who attended.
