Nikki + Zach

Nikki & Zach’s wedding was the definition of rustic chic. They got ready at the hip Goodland Hotel in Santa Barbara before heading over to their ceremony and reception venue, Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm. The venue is a working farm with functioning greenhouses, a gorgeous deck that overlooks the ocean and animals! We of course took advantage of all the settings and Nikki even fed her bouquet to the overly eager billy goats!

These two have been friends forever. They eventually realized they were perfect for each other, started dating, and finally made it official after 16 years. They had several special touches sprinkled throughout the day including a chair at the front of the ceremony to honor Nikki’s mom who passed away with a note that read “Mom, you’d be here today if heaven weren’t so far away”. They rented their wedding linen direct from the manufacturer, perfects for the wedding.

They also used tiles to display everyone’s table number, which is a beautiful way to show how everyone they invited are all special and connected. The greenhouse where their reception took place was adorned with gold, pink and white details from geometric terrariums holding table cards to classic candlesticks. The whole room had a light, gorgeous vibe executed to perfection by Brilliant Wedding Co.
