Gaby + Eduardo

Recently I had the honor of photographing Gaby and Eduardo in Lima, Peru for a post-wedding portrait session. We had the best time running around Lima together and taking full advantage of the historic monuments including the Basilica Cathedral in Plaza Mayor, the main city center, and all of the colorful surroundings of El Barranco, a famous neighborhood in the heart of Lima. I’m such a fan of post-wedding portrait shoots as there is much more time to capture romantics of just the two of you without any of the stress or time pressure that can accompany a wedding day. Gaby wore her original wedding dress, which was created by a famous dress designer in Peru, while Eduardo went a more casual route since it matches his everyday style and attitude. Spending the afternoon with these two was such a pleasure and posing these two in Spanish was a fun new challenge and definitely put my vocabulary to the test.
