Whenever I’m shooting a destination wedding, I always encourage my couples to do a post-wedding session. What’s that? Oh, it’s when you get to spend more time with your guests and enjoy your wedding instead of take time out of the day to have portraits taken of y’all. And then you get dressed up again and go explore with me on a different day to get some really fun and unique images! Totally worth it. If you’re interested, ask me to tell you an extra little secret about these sessions ;)
For Brae & Cody’s photo session, we wandered through the streets of Cabo and had the best time! From the rogue mariachi band playing that led to Brae & Cody dancing in the street to playing dress up with some sombreros from a local market to taking in the sights of the marina, it’s as if Cabo knew we were coming! I wanted to take them out on a glass-bottom boat to capture them in front of the famous El Arco but unfortunately the waves were too big, which you can definitely tell in their beach photos. They were almost 20 feet high!!!
Overall, these sessions are too much fun and always my favorite to do because we get to explore and take photos without any timeline pressure. Hope you enjoy!
