I had one of the best afternoons with Heather & Ben, they are seriously my kind of people!! We ventured around Topanga Canyon and then headed down to El Matador Beach. When brainstorming locations, Heather & Ben knew they wanted to shoot at the beach because they are having a destination wedding at the exact place where Ben proposed in the Dominican Republic. It worked out so perfectly because Heather loves sunsets and we were lucky enough to witness one of THE MOST BEAUTIFUL sunsets that I have ever seen!!!! Seriously, it was breathtaking. The colors swirled around us and became more and more intense as we continued shooting.
And to top it all of, you know you get to work with the best couples when they bring champagne and THREE glasses! So at the end of the shoot, we got a few last shots in and celebrated an amazing afternoon with a cheers!! I can’t wait to photograph their wedding in the Dominican Republic next year!! CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN HEATHER & BEN!
